By using the ADYield app or this website, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

What ADYield is

ADYield is a read-only viewer that displays your own Google AdSense earnings, reports and payment information in an iOS app. It requires a Google AdSense account and your explicit consent, given on Google’s sign-in screen, for read-only access to your AdSense reporting data.

Not affiliated with Google

ADYield is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or an official product of Google LLC. “Google” and “AdSense” are trademarks of Google LLC, used here only to describe compatibility.

Your figures are estimates

All earnings figures shown in ADYield come from Google’s AdSense API and are estimates that Google may adjust over the following days. ADYield does not generate, verify, or guarantee these numbers. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or availability of AdSense data, for differences between estimated and finalized earnings, or for decisions you make based on figures shown in the app. Your actual payments are determined solely by Google.

Acceptable use

• Connect only Google accounts you own or are authorised to access.
• Don’t attempt to abuse, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service or other users’ data.
• Don’t use the service in violation of applicable law or Google’s terms.

We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms.

ADYield Pro

Optional Pro features are offered as an auto-renewing subscription purchased through Apple’s App Store. Pricing and terms are shown before purchase; billing, renewal and cancellation are managed through your Apple account. Converted display currencies in Pro are a convenience and may differ from your actual payment currency due to exchange-rate fluctuation; payments always remain in your AdSense payment currency.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available but provide it “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. The service depends on Google’s AdSense API; outages, quota limits, or changes on Google’s side may temporarily or permanently affect functionality.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ADYield and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the app or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Termination

You can stop using ADYield at any time by disconnecting your account in the app, which deletes your stored data (see the privacy policy). We may discontinue the service with reasonable notice where practical.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
